Does anybody live or spend much time in MidTown? I am looking at some property between 6-8th and Francis but am pretty clueless as far as property value and building rules/codes. I know a group of architects have recently built houses in this area, does anyone know of any more planned projects? It seems to be a great up and coming area of the bigger MidTown redevelopment. Any info or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
