OKLAHOMA CITY (JR) – From learning traditional games and dances to Victorian crafts, Saturday visitors to the Oklahoma History Center can choose from a variety of events to get them in the Christmas spirit.

High school choirs will be on hand to share the sounds of the seasons, and families may enjoy cookies and cocoa as they enjoy having pictures made with Santa, and Mrs. Claus reads American Indian, African and Latin-American holiday stories.

Programs will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and are free with regular museum admission. Saturday starts off with carols sung by the Bishop McGuinness High School Choir.

Similar programs will be offered Dec. 8, with the Putnam City High School Show Choir replacing the Homesteaders.Admission to the History Center is $5 for adults, $3 for students and $4 for seniors.
