Whats going on there? They have been clearing brush and there is a sign that I think reads "The Secret."

I haven't noticed any clearing (although I'm rarely down there) but I think I have seen that sign and thought it had something to do with that book? Not for sure, but I wanna say the design of the sign looked pretty close to that of the book/dvd/hype.
