Has anyone else noticed besides me the mess across from the new Pearl's on Classen Drive? It appears there are now two unkept houses on flatbed trailers (like when they move an actual house) in the vacant lot across from the new Pearl's. I'm not sure if this is a staging area and Chesapeake bought and removed some houses in the area or what is going on but it is a huge eyesore. Pearl's just can't get a break on their new location. They've got a cemetary looking out north and directly east from their outdoor patio they've got these run down houses sitting on flatbed trailers.

Aubrey bought the entire block of houses with their backs to Classen there from Don Karchmer. He is moving them a couple at a time. You will notice there will be different houses up on the trucks in a few days to a week. What he is planning on doing with that land I do not know.
