I wonder where this list comes from and what criteria was used? Those Miata's are tiny little deathboxes. I know from personal experience as I've been in one during a wreck and don't want to relive that experience(fortunately it was not too serious). I have to agree though on the X-Terra. I wasn't in an accident in one, but a friend of mine was. It crumpled like an aluminum can during a side-impact crash. He's very lucky that the impact was behind his seat instead of directly into his door.

Vette? Wouldn't you rather have 4 Civics instead?
I can see ME in da Vette.............ahhhhhhhhhhhh...........I have a need for speed.
Nothing much compares to the hundred plus on the speedometer as the increasing forces gently push you back in the seat ..............like the greatest slow kiss......

(When I see the President in a Civic, then I will buy one, too)

Gently push you back? I prefer getting slammed back like a giant hammer hit the back of my truck.

Which is why one of my trucks has the engine out of a Corvette in it (LS2).:evilsmile

WoWerZ !!! on daVette engine!

With a chronic illness I get the giant hammer slam most every day of my life! You can get all of the hard stuff @ a mudbog! However, as fast as most cars generally travel you need the hammer slam for merging! And passing, some peeps can be real freaks out on the road. I really detest it when they cruise over into your lane while you're trying to pass. Trailers w/o sway bars....the general bad stuff in traffic.

I want a car with a SLOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW hand.........and a six pack!

I love the slow speed buildup and then the entire power of it ALL!

I have only gotten one speeding ticket and that was on Route 66, so it was worth the 77 bucks it cost me.

If you ever want a really cool road to travel, then take the COLE road. Hwy 76 S of Blanchard. It is like a roller coaster!
