I just got back from a week in NYC and was able to find turkey burgers on almost every casual dining place menu in Manhattan. I've also seen them in California and other places, but never in Oklahoma or Texas.

Since I'm allergic to beef, I really enjoyed being able to eat a burger out again. Has anyone seen turkey burgers on any menu around OKC area?

I think they always have them at VZDs on Western. I've had one there before and they're pretty darn good.

I have had one from Red Robin. If I remember correctly it was a little spicy but tasty and moist.

Thanks for the replies - I haven't been to VZD's in years, but I'll have to check it out.

Never heard of Red Robin - I'll look them up also.

There is a Red Robin where the old AMC 8 used to be over by Quail Springs.

Also, most places I have noticed offer a Vegetarian option to a burger or a turkey burger. Sometimes it's in smaller print under the burger menu.

There's also a Red Robin in Norman on Ed Noble Parkway.

BTW, their teriyaki chicken burger is really good too.

Sounds delicious!

Thanks for responses - that's what I like about this place - the vast wealth of knowledge!
