TULSA - What started as a domestic fight and ended with a suspect being struck by a four-by-four resulted in two arrests and four stabbings, police said this morning.

While responding to an assault about 12:45 a.m. in the 4800 block of S Jackson Avenue, an officer was flagged down by a victim of a stabbing at the Rivera West Apartments, Tulsa police said. Other officers responded to the original call location.

When they arrived, they determined four people were stabbed.

Officers came into contact with a man who was yelling that he was going to kill his estranged wife, police said. He was arrested after a brief struggle.

Officers discovered the man and his mother arrived at the estranged wife's apartment, police said. The two then attempted to force entry into the victim's apartment through the front door. When that was unsuccessful, they attempted entry through the apartment's rear sliding-glass door.

When their attempts failed, the man broke out a front window to the apartment and gained access, police said. The victim fled to the bathroom with her two children, locked and barricaded the door.

The man began stabbing a knife through the bathroom door, stabbing the victim in the foot, police said. The victim then fled and ran to the upstairs apartment.

The son and mother followed the victim upstairs and became involved in a confrontation with the man and woman who live in the apartment, police said. This confrontation led to the son and mother stabbing/cutting both occupants of that apartment with a knife.

A good Samaritan intervened and was kicked in the groin and stabbed by the man, police said. The good Samaritan then picked up a four-by-four and hit the man with it bringing the assault to an end.

Timothy Marion Tiger, 28, and Janette Hill, 64, were arrested on complaints of domestic assault with a deadly weapon, three counts of assault with a deadly weapon and two counts of first-degree burglary. Tiger was arrested on an additional count of resisting arrest.
