What is the best day spa in Edmond or OKC? I wanted to get my wife and myself a couple massage as a part of our wedding anniversary. We did a spa in a las vegas casino which was wonderful with the dry saunas ..hot tubs etc.. Is there anything even close to that experience in OKC or Edmond?

I do know of a chiropractic office in Edmond that offers incredible massages (hubby gets one every few weeks and he absolutely raves about them) but not the spa experience.

I've heard Cottonwood Salon and Spa in Edmond is pretty good:

I'm pretty sure Eden salon does couples massages, but I don't know about the saunas or hot tubs. There's one downtown, so you could combine it with a stay at the Skirvin or Colcord.

There is also a high-end nice one in the Renaissance and they also have a location in Nichols Hills, I forget the name of it, but it's very nice.

Has anyone been to both Cottonwood and Eden and if so, which did you prefer?

If it's important to you, Eden is an Aveda concept salon, so all of the hair and facial products are by Aveda. Not sure about their massage products.

I've been to the original Eden, which used to be next door to VZD's on Western, and have been to their downtown location.

I've NOT been to Cottonwood, but a year or two ago, my husband and I each got our moms gift certificates there for Mother's Day. Both got facials, and said they were great. My mom in particular talked about how to her opinion the service was kind of snooty, and they kept touting how great they were (salon for KOCO TV, and A Makeover Story tv show) - which kind of turned her off.

There used to be a place on May Avenue, north of Hefner Road, in the building just south of Braum's. They used to do "his and hers' packages for Valentine's Day. Sorry, I can't think of the name of it.
