A man who delivered ice cream to people throughout a metro neighborhood has been arrested and accused of indecent exposure.

Siedro Gallegos was arrested after a woman said he exposed himself to her while he sold her ice cream.

Specifically, the woman told police that Gallegos raised his shirt, revealing that his zipper was undone and that he was wearing no underwear.

Neighbors said Gallegos is a regular on weekends near Southwest 51st Street and May Avenue.

As of Monday night, he was in custody on $2,000 bond, police said

I don't know the whole story .. who knows maybe he reached up to grab a popsicle in the freezer above and she saw 'it' accidently.. I imagine it's his word against hers.

But, some people are such creeps sometimes.

I'll never forget going to the Public Library as a kid and a man in shorts was on one knee (wearing shorts and nothing else underneath) hovering on the floor just staring at all the little girls..big perv!

I was too young and naive to figure out what he was doing.. yuk - gives me goosebumps now to realize what he was actually doing.

See? People make fun of me for not liking ice cream trucks and the people that drive them. Always seemed shady. Looks like I had a reason to be wary! Those things, and the people that drive them, creep me out. Especially the music.

eeek! I actually froze for a minute thinking about this. My biggest nightmare also.

clowns + anything = bad!
clowns + ice cream truck = therapy for life

Thank goodness I'm not the only one, Tim. Now, make that ice cream truck infested with spiders and I think you'd just have to bury me right then and there.

My ultimate nightmare; a clown driving an ice cream truck!

Don't ever play any in the series of games called "Twisted Metal"...One of the baddies is EXACTLY that (fire-haired clown driving an ice-cream truck). His name is SweetTooth.

/TM II was the best.

I think you just gave everyone a heart palpitation!

One of the only fights I've ever really had with my mom was that she let my young son watch Chucky.. the Killer Doll movie.. I think he was 7 or 8 and had never seen anything like that..

omg... he was scared to death for years.. so much so that when he was about 10 we were on a cruise and they had a ventriloquist on the stage about a hundred rows away ( we were on the balcony) and the guy was all cute and then he screamed all scary, something like ' kiddos, Chuckie is coming to your cabin tonight haha,ha... " it was funny unless your child had an irrational fear of the doll.. poor kid was sitting with a friend two rows ahead of me.. the minute the comedian said that, I knew we were in trouble.. son went from laughing to crying in one minute and he bolted from his seat and ran as fast as he could to me.. you just never know what sets people off.

My 15 yr old niece is really afraid of CLOWNS. She actually trembles when she sees one.
