Does anyone know if/where Elgin branch sausage can be found around here? Looking for my beloved jalapeno sausage and can't find any here :(

Sad news - Dallas is a 3 hour trip.

J.C. Potter and Blue & Gold pretty well have Oklahoma covered.
If you want to get real handy, go to Ken's Steakhouse in Amber for an incredible meal (cash or check, no plastic, open Thurs - Sat evenings) then buy some bulk sausage from his market t omix your own jalapeno's into.

I think I tried both of those brands and didn't care for either, I'll try them one more time and will check out Ken's sometime. Thanks!

So, this isn't about breakfast sausage, just smoked and/or summer sausage?

Smoked, you grill them then wrap in a tortilla with pepper jack cheese and it's fabulous.
