digg (sorry, I can't yet post the full URL, but it's easy to figure out the URL)

Digg is a technology news website that combines social bookmarking, blogging, RSS, and non-hierarchical editorial control. With digg, users submit stories for review, but rather than allow an editor to decide which stories go on the homepage, the users do.

I love digg, I find myself going there every 30 minutes or so, be sure and checkout the "digg for stories" section, there are tons of new tech (and other subjects) related posts added every few minutes.
