Blog option on Photobucket? What is that?

As you will soon know, I really like to take photo's and post them. Am not that great at it, and sometimes need my wifes help, which doesn't go down to well (why don't you spend more time with me? etc). Anyway, I was on photobucket uncluttering it, and came across a feature I have never seen. Blog options. What is this?

I also want to add that my own blog is underway, the OKC Urbanite/Suburbanite. Oklahoma City Metropolitan Theorem. I am currently publishing the first edition, any advice would be nice.
