Does anyone know the average range for a 802.11B Linksys wireless router?

Anyone know of a cheap wi-fi signal locator??

I think it is 50 to 150 feet (I could be wrong). People been saying that there have been range problems with it, but not too sure about all that. Thats about all I know.

I've got mine up to 300ft, but thats with some modding with antennas and ect.
