I really want to go to the first game on November 1st but haven't found tickets yet but I did run across quite a few for sale on Ebay for the pre-season game. That should be fun so if anyone wants to check it out and bid, here you go... there are a few on there, just do a search for Hornets Oklahoma.

From OKCHornets.com on the article regarding the Ticket Lottery for opening night:
"Information on individual game ticket sales will be released tomorrow. Season tickets, which are the best way for fans to guarantee themselves a ticket to opening night, are on sale now and can be purchased online by clicking here or calling (405) 208-HOOP. " |

some of said that all the season tickets are sold out, this is not the case and is definetely not true, i have confirmed this numerous times with their marketing staff and CMO. If possible, they will sell all tickets as season tickets if they are able to, they would be foolish not to

Ads in the newspaper say single-game tickets for the first 10 games will go on sale this Saturday at 10 AM. You can call, go online at hornets.com, or visit the Ford Center office.

yeah, actually the 1st game they are having a "lottery" or raffle if you will since they are anticipating a big sellout. You have to fill out a form by today at 5pm and take it to the ford center box office. They will randomly select people to get first choice on remaining tickets for opening night. They also have packages that night and they include a complimentary opening night t shirt

Thanks all, I signed up online for the lottery so we'll see if we get a chance to buy 2 $50 upper level seats w a free t-shirt - I hate to pay that much but I really want to go to the first game, I guess it's the idea of it all. I am going to the one on the 27th so I might just have to be satisfied with that, but I just know the opening game will be sooo cool!

Okay, guys I won the opportunity to purchase 4 tickets to the opening game, $50.00 each but the seats are in the 300's (nose bleed section) I'm wondering should I purchase them? I have until Sunday but know that the sideline seats are going fast...

The time I was in the Ford Center, I was in the 200's, and the view was really good. Not much lower than the 300's. In fact, we were in the upper portion of the 200's. So, my guess is the view is the same no matter where you sit (except for courtside, of course.).

Thanks, MrA - it should be okay - I just don't do heights well! But anyway, I got Section 324 Row K - center court - just high up there!
Anyone else going to the first opening game??
