Default Ncaa 2005

Both OU and OSU mad it into the tourny. Number 3 and 2 seeds respectively. How far do you think each team will go this year?

I think OSU may make the sweet 16, and has a realistic shot at the brass ring. OU, may make it to the second round, and then get stomped. They too have a chance at the championship, but noe as strong as OSU.

I think Oklahoma could go as far as the Sweet 16.. I think the chances of them beating Illinois are slim to none.. but of course, it's been said all year, the Big 10 is a weak conference and Illinois hasn't really been tested.

I have yet to fill out my bracket, but I'll have Oklahoma going down to Illinois when I do. Oklahoma State could make the Final 4. I think they're the best team in their bracket.

All I got to say is "Go Oakland!!!!" WOOOOO!!!!!!

Oh yeah, OSU in the Final 4 at least. OU? I'll say the 16 also.

EDIT: After looking at the brackets now...I think it's safe to say that I have jumped to conclusions. I say they both can make the Elite 8. Potentially, Illinois and OSU could be a "Game Of The Year" canidate, while I don't see OU getting by Kentucky.

I think on any given day, OU can top anyone in its bracket. It just depends on who "shows up".

Kentucky, BTW is the most overrated #1 seed that there is.

Illionois is tough to gage since they have yet to be really tested by a quality opponent.

Oklahoma should reach the Sweet 16, but I think they'll be beat by Kentucky, thus they won't reach the Elite 8.

OSU should make it to the Elite 8 to play Illinois. That should be a great game.

Kansas will make it to the Sweet 16 to play UConn. KU vs. UConn should be a great game! If they beat UConn and advance to the Sweet 16, they'll face North Carolina in the Elite 8, which will be a tough, but not impossible match!

Tech will beat UCLA, but will be stomped by Gonzaga in the top 32.

Texas will beat Nevada, but won't make it past Illinois, thus they'll be stopped shy of the Sweet 16.

Iowa State will surprise Minnesota, but will be annihilated by North Carolina in the top 32.

Of course there may be surprises along the way. Anyone can have a bad day.

As an addendum, playing in Oklahoma City would've increased OU's chances of getting to the Sweet 16.

They are actually a 2 seed, with Duke being #1, I still think OU can beat Kentucky, I meant to say Duke. Working midnights with little sleep sucks.

Oklahoma has played Duke this year, we almost beat them then, I think it is possible that it happens now.

I'm not going to be putting any money on them going to the FF, but it is possible.

I try to think of it this way: that's one more team that gets exposed to OKC's renaissance.

I like to think of it this way: that's one more team that gets exposed to OKC's renaissance.
