Are we sure these all are leased out? Like are we sure that Gap or Nike have actually signed the leases?

It looks like they did some dirtwork today! They have the area fenced off with the construction blue fencing.

I can't wait for this and Whole Foods to open! Shoes and food!

Question for whoever may be in the know:

    - On the PDF the date at the bottom is October 25, 2006. Is it safe to assume much has changed since the original plan?

I want to believe that the site will look like that with those stores, but forgive me for being pessimistic.

KB Toys is not even in business anymore, so I'm fairly certain they won't have an outlet store here. Same with Petite Sophisticate. Wilson's Leather sold its stores to PreVu (which declared bankruptcy a year or so ago), so I wouldn't expect them to open a new Wilson's Outlet. I wouldn't get too excited about this old site plan since the economic landscape has changed quite a bit since it was created.

Last year I was in the Brooks Brothers outlet in Allen, TX. The cashier asked where I was from and when I told her OKC she said we were supposed to be getting a Brooks Brothers outlet. For what its worth, it just might be true. I sure hope so.

I would like to see a Ralph Lauren. The best one hands down is in Branson. That's a long drive and I don't get there often. There is/was one in Allen,Tx, but not as good as the Branson location.

Nah, the one on Myrtle Beach is pretty nice. If memory serves right, I think the one outside of Atlanta is very nice too.

I should have been more specific. I meant in this area. I came across a very nice one just south of Cleveland 2 summers ago.

Looking at the layout, it looks like there will be pad sites available on the east and west sides of the property. Not sure if someone would be able to build in front of the old Lucent plant, but that would be right across the street.

That seems to be the standard of these places now, the Round Rock Outlets opened up north of Ikea and has infilled quite a bit around both with many restaurants and other, smaller retail.
