In addition to the City Care Night Shelter located at 532 N Villa, it looks like City Care Inc closed on the property just south at 520 N Villa that is 6,000 sf industrial. I assume this will be to expand the night shelter to this location as it also owns the property to the east at 2400 General Pershing Blvd. I wouldn't be surprised if they tried to buy everything on that block down to NW 4th.
