Thread: Outdoor LED Eave Lighting

    Default Outdoor LED Eave Lighting

Has anyone installed the outdoor LED lighting strips that mount under the eaves or gutters of your home? If so, how do you like them? Are they bright enough to light up the side of the house?

Which company did you use and are you happy with the installation, service and outcome? We have spoken with two and it appears they run $20-21 linear foot.

    Thanks in advance.

I have looked into this after going to home and garden show and if your willing to do it yourself it's much much cheaper. Goove has outdoor light strips for $300 for 100 ft. There are videos where people install tracks to hide wire. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e3nmg1ozXBQ There are other companies that run under $300. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hGqcNRQZUcA

Thanks. Those are great. My partner did them and didn't loke the look of the wire but your video link showed a way to put the wire in a track. May do those around the back side of house. With the professional installs, I really like the metal trim that is colored to match house trim and only the light itself shows through so cleaner look for front of the house.

We used Trimlight Oklahoma and have been happy with them. It did run about $20 per LF installed. We have three systems.
