NE Corner SE 29th St and S High Av

There was an old warehouse on this corner (901 SE 29th St) that was just torn down, I'm curious if anybody has any insights into what's going on there. I was able to find the demo permits on the city's site, but didn't see any building permits.
I assume it'll either stay vacant or get replaced with more industrial stuff, but you never know. I work just south of there so I always have my fingers crossed for a new place to eat.

That property is owned by a group that owns everything along SE 29th all the way to I-35 and it's all junky semi-industrial buildings and storage yards.

I see the demo permit but nothing else.
