    It looks bad but if this underwhelming project with plenty of parking around a lame building doesn’t happen; it will be a win in the long term.

    That project, though not big, would be a good fit for the area. I really wonder if this project might have turned into a victim of the higher interest rates and what's going on economically. There's a much bigger project in Bricktown that I hope that doesn't happen to.

    That project will keep delaying itself into a distant memory, I fear. I hope I am proven wrong.

    A parcel like that should see a triangular complex (hausmann style almost) with more density, not a straight building with a parking lot making my neighborhood Walmart jealous.

    Well, with the concept of closing off the traffic and using the street could be a project unlike anything OKC has. So it’s worth seeing become reality for the uniqueness and life it could bring to the area. Though, I do understand wanting a triangular building. You’re not wrong that it would look really nice there.
