No, nothing announced and beyond shell space, there have been no building permits for finishing out any part of the interior.

Steven Giles, the upscale men's clothing store at Classen Curve, is moving into the spot at the Nicholas shown below.

As far as I've been able to determine, this would be the first tenant in a building that was completed several months ago.
