SE corner of MacArthur and Reno

Went to Harbor Freight and I saw the old car dealership at the corner of Reno/MacArthur next to the Cummins facility was finally tore down. There are stakes in the ground, so it looks like they're getting ready to build something. Anyone know what's going in?
