I wonder if there's any appetite to square up the whole city so there's less back and forth business going on with the border. I'm thinking the OKC folks may not want to though.
In Moore, we can't seem to pass the whole recycle thing, so they'd lose that. And it's not as though the surrounding OKC area is struggling in terms of services being provided. I think it would be a hard sell to convince the residents to make the move in those areas, honestly.
I wonder if Norman will ever build underpasses for Tecumseh and Lindsey. IMO those are probably the two streets that need it the most, in that order.
Tecumseh Needs one 100%. especially since it contains US77 at that section.
Looks like it is delayed again. this time it has a April 2024 construction let date

ODOT hasn't updated the ArcGIS pages since June. The latest docs have it going out for bid in October (page8):

I saw some Is dirt work going on West of the tracks and between fourth and main?
