Birdie's is literally owned and operated by 3 friends, how is it not a small locally owned business?

My mistake then. I thought it was another Hal Smith concept like Matty Mcmillen's and Hollie's that were in the same building. I may have to give it a try!

We tried all three and K-Chick is the only one we kept returning to. Not that Birdies and BBQ Chicken were bad, they weren't, we just think K-Chick is better. We might have to try the new concept where Birdies was. We are big fans of Korean and eat at Wow Korean BBQ (best in the metro) on a regular basis.

WOW is great! and we go there often! They need to start serving alcohol though.
