Sara and Morgan Road developments

Looks like Niagara is up and running or will be pretty soon. Is there any word on any further possible commercial/industrial developments on Sara and Morgan Roads? There's still a lot of prime land waiting to be developed out there. There's no room in that area, but I'd love for OKC to grab hold of an auto manufacturer and have them build a plant of some sort in the city.

Something like this was discussed a while back in another thread. I could see a supplier for the automotive industry locating here, but after the screwings GM took, I don't ever see another auto manufacturer locating here. But it would be cool I agree.
