The building permit shows this is for Pharmacorr. There is a Site Plan under the permit. They are converting the movie theater to offices.

They are currently located directly east of the mall (see building below).

They are leasing that property and looks like they will be leasing the old theater as well; moving from 17,000 square feet to 64,500.

BTW, they have not applied for any financial incentives.
