    Wow, these look fantastic. Really loving all of these unique infill projects popping up, especially being for sale rather than rent.

    Also, I'm pretty sure they started construction on this, correct? If this is where I think it is, I think they already poured the foundation and have plumbing in place.

    No, you are thinking of the Saint Anthony Neurology building which is just north.

    This project has not started yet.

    They also released pricing, which not unlike most of the new for sale housing in the area, its high. Over $400/sf on the net interior square footage they list. It does look nice though.

    Yep for new construction in a similar location in Denver you would probably be around $600/SF or $1.2M.

    Was told this project is now dead and the owners are looking to sell the land.
