Deep Deuce Parks Bar and Grill

Parks Bar and Grill is set to open in Deep Deuce, in the space formerly occupied by Urban Roots.

Construction has already started to completely gut the space and install high-end finishes which will include a bar area, VIP room and a dining / lounge area.

The space will be an 'ultra lounge' with signature cocktails and craft beer as well as a menu featuring gourmet pizza and several types of chicken wings.

The area to the rear of the space – now used for parking – will ultimately be the site of a new back patio which will offer great skyline views.

The management group has ties to the Oklahoma City Thunder and will occasionally host parties for various local athletes.

Ledvision Media purchased the building at 322 NE 2nd Street in 2015 and occupies the top floor. The new restaurant and bar will take the entire ground floor space, approximately 2,700 square feet.

Parks hopes to open in mid to late November.

They opened last night, although these photos are from the afternoon where they were still doing some work.

Does anyone have pics or access to their menu?

For a place that's supposed to have a decent sized food menu, I don't see any tables to sit at. I am familiar with the space and it looks as if its much more of a "lounge" than a restaurant.

The fact that it's pizza I guess makes it slightly more acceptable, but wow, what a weird way to go with the design of a restaurant. It reminds me of the livingroom section of a furniture store.

They had closed in November and it really looked like they were planning to remodel and re-calibrate but yesterday I noticed For Lease signs in the window and everything seems to be cleared out.
