shows how out of touch i am... i was thinking the area of intersection on a venn diagram of dudes and bros.
They've really done a nice job here with lots of little improvements.
Just wanted to say that this place is fantastic. Good service. Plenty of seating and shade. The large tree in the back (north) of the Yard which is covered in lights is really impressive. Best patio for a beer in midtown. It feels like the more adult version of Bleu Garten, which is nice. I firmly believe this spot will continue to see success as word spreads. The additional residential which is still coming online in the AutoAlley area should be helpful. Once the 8th St. Market is filled I suspect this little street will start to compete with 9th for foot traffic.

This is a photo of Cinco de Mayo from their Facebook page:
Looks really nice, I really ought to get out that way and check it out sometime soon. Any word if the Phase 2 to the immediate west is still going to happen? I know it will be different than previously depicted, just haven't heard of any movement on the expansion yet.
I was there for the first show and it was great. The production value here for events is very impressive for a container bar establishment. They are also spending a lot of money on social media advertising.
The cigars were sold @ a tent on site and yes you could smoke them in the venue.
I haven't seen any official posts on social media, but word on the street is their final weekend just occurred.
Too bad, considering Parlor is about to re-open across the street.
Yes, I can confirm they are now closed for good.
I keep saying this but PPP money is starting to run out and you are going to see lots more closures of restaurants, bars and businesses in general.
I Hope downtown doesn't turn into 1985 down there. That was a great time.
It's unfortunate because an outdoor space like this is much, much safer than indoor bars.
What happened to that beer garden in automobile alley just east of broadway around 6th?
The new operation will be called Paizley Park:

A couple of shots I took about a month ago when I got wind of this:
The operator told me they plan to open over Memorial weekend.
Well winter is approaching and this never opened. It is hard to tell if work is continued past the last May post. They have the street-facing fence fully closed with no trespassing signs.
