Thread: The Prairie at Post

    Default The Prairie at Post

I was considering buying a lot in SugarHill off of 2nd st and this development has popped up right behind it. Does anyone have any info on it? Sounds like a hipster community with a communal farm and everyone with chickens.

According to the PUD filed with Edmond, the lots will be minimum of .5 acres and the houses no smaller than 3,000 SF.

But yes, they can have chickens.

I think the idea now is that you can have chickens but not on your lot, they have to be in the communial area and most of it is in the flood plain.
