New C Store and Strip Center

Looks like they will be building a new convenience store and strip center on SW59th and SH152 on the Northwest corner. I've heard about this a year or so ago, but look like they are finally going to get it started.

Yes, I started another thread some time ago about that. I believe it is still going in, haven't heard anything about it not.

I'm sure once the Turnpike connects in this area it's going to blow up even more than it already has started too.
