Target/Joe Cooper Ford work

There is some work going on in a space just west of Joe Cooper Ford and the south end of the Target parking lot. Anyone know what is going to be built?

I believe it is just going to be a bigger parking lot for Joe Cooper. They also own the land to the East of the little side street that comes South from Target. I attached a picture to make sure we are talking about the same piece of land. This is just directly West of the existing building.

That's what I thought it was. the dirt was being cleared all the way up to the parking lot of Joe Cooper. Making it seem like just an extension of the parking.
