That’s a good sign they are fully leased. Just goes to show how much demand there is. Really there is a lot of development opportunities in the immediate area. Lots of massive lots along Western on the stretch that was recently rebuilt. The Homeland could rebuilt into an urban format with underground parking and residents on top.
The Braums next door could be integrated into a new building. Drive thru similar to this McDonald’s in LA

That Braum's is just about the worst. Old and small.
They actually own the vacant parcel to the west and have plenty of room to do a proper location.
