I noticed they have cleared the land on the northwest corner of 150th and penn and there is a sign saying financing provided by a bank.
Anyone know what's going in on the big corner lot?

The 36 acres sold in June to Sooner Traditions for $4.5 million.

A drainage/utility(?) pipe has been laid on this parcel and the one immediately E of Penn over the past couple of months.
Ted's is now open in this shopping center.
The other proposed Hal Smith restaurant in a free-standing building here is empty with dirt floors.
Hey Pete in the quail springs Park area they recently just built the first non apartment building and I noticed this week it has a sign for "Central Oklahoma College" and didn't know if you had any insight to what it is or any more of their plans? They also recently have been redoing the lake/drainage ponds on the west side.
Not exactly at 150th and Penn, but I noticed that the parking lot of Home Depot has been torn up and a permit for a PDQ has been submitted
Never heard of a PDQ but appears to be a chicken and sandwich place
Looks like two coming... https://www.eatpdq.com/locations?lat...100&term=73160
How many chicken tenders restaurants can the market support? It seems a new chain pops up every few months and they all seem to be more alike than different. There's only so many variations on dipping sauces, although I still like Cane's sauce the best.
The sage of the Chicken Strip Avenue continues.
It'd be a hit with the kids.
Or "Beat your meet"
Or "the Chicken choker"
I would go with "boat snack", but I also have Disney movies on repeat all day...
There's a PDQ going in at Bryant Square in Edmond where Western Sizzlin' (or Mackie McNear's...whichever) used to be. That's right across the street from KFC and just down the street from a Cane's which is nearly directly across the street from a Chick-fil-a and there's a new Chick-fil-a going in next to Buffalo Wild Wings on the I35 frontage road. Yeah, I'd have to think the metro is reaching saturation on chicken places.
Any news on what else is going in this center?
