There is nothing temporary about the stairs being constructed. They're quite permanent.

From this AM. The external stairwells - covered in an interesting rusty metal -- are complete and you can see them working on the upper floors which have already been leased to a construction company:

Cornerstone Development has moved into the 3rd floor of this building and is getting a new sign.

Cornerstone is Gary Brooks: Steelyard, Edge and soon to be First National Center.
