not loving the bathroom tile, but that living room/ kitchen looks good!
Also, totally agree with Traxx, these are some very well done renderings!

The bathroom tile is very retro and possibly in the spirit of what was there when the building was built maybe.

$1200 month for less than 600 sq ft. Yikes, I mean they looks very nice, but seems steep for the current market.

i don't know if it is a code thing or what... but i don't get the breaker box being in such a conspicuous location.

I had that too at my very expensively remodeled downtown apartment.

Just hung some artwork over it.

It seems it should at least be painted to match the walls.

Or if it's magnetic, use it as a memo board! Great place for one.

That rent's really not too much more than what MidtownR charges. Definitely on the high end, but don't think they'll have a problem renting at that rate.

Great thread. Totally agree that Wanzer does things right and takes his work seriously. I remember him being let go (not reappointed) by mayor Cornett... was it the ddrc ... after his nay vote on the now demolished Oklahoma something (Mortgage?) building at Robinson and kerr, part of the sandridge project. He stood tall. Win some, lose some.
