Believe this drawing shows the taller structures to be 391 feet:

What is the timeline for the decision?

Just the angle. Can only see three in any one view but they are all there.

It's just the angle, but all four are visible once you think about the perspective. This one is from over the Gardens:

And this one is from the perspective of the Devon complex:

Congrats OKC!! What a wonderful development that every city in the nation would love to have.

Clayco for the win! I just wish they had residential abutting the Gardens.

Awesome!! I'd love to see a rendering of the entire skyline with these added in. Even at ~400' it'll help to balance out the skyline when looking from the east and west.

    Just the angle.

Reminds me a little bit of Rockefeller Center. It's a little bit plaza-happy, but love the mixed use, and man is it nice to look at.

Time frame (start construction / finish construction):

    OG&E Officer Tower: MAR 15 / APR 17
    North Residential: APR 15 / JUL 16

South Office Tower: JUL 15 / JUL 17
    South Residential: FEB 16 / JUL 17

So, basically the same height as the Sandridge tower. This will really help out okc's skyline.

Most interesting. Surely it wasn't an oversight that those slipped in there. I wonder what they were trying to communicate. Trial balloon to check everyone's temperature and soften them up for the demos this would entail?

Who is the person who does the renderings of what the whole skyline would look like in 3D? Get that guy in here...

And no hotel. That is good for the viability of the CC hotel of 800 rooms. One more tower for the area.

So, I guess some people maybe owe Rainey Williams an apology. After all the criticism, hand wringing, negativism, maybe some people actually were trying to do the right thing.

So, the broadness of OKC's skyline could almost double from some angles within 5 years? This is AWESOME!

To be fair, when a 12 story tower entered the discussion, it's hard to blame people for being disappointed. This looks great, though!

I agree. This is more like what was originally hyped. The concept released by Rainey Williams last summer was so underwhelming that negativity was understandable. I am extremely impressed by this though and hope Clayco gets the entire thing.

What does the timeline on this look like? For instance, when can we expect construction to begin?

At that floor count, Clayco's towers would all be around Sandridge height. Not that dramatic in skyline, but the density impact would be immense.

4 buildings going up all around the same time on one large block would be quite the sight. Bring on the cranes!

You know that won't happen, right?

They're probably looking through their Brutalism textbooks and weeping now, but I'm sure they'll join the discussion soon.
