Many of the original casement windows have now received new panes of glass.
Also, you can see they have disassembled part of the sign in advance of restoring it.

I realize those power lines are probably too big to bury, but could they be moved to the center of the median and act as a power lines and street lights?
What a difference the windows already make on this project. Excited for the future of this space and surrounding area!
It will be nice for the Pivot guys to finally have offices together instead of being spread out all over as well. Dodson is always at Elemental to work and Wanzer is always at the SLVR building. Not sure where Sellers offices out of, maybe the Pizza 23 building. I feel like we will see a lot more from them when they are able to talk to each other easily once this gets set up.
This project is moving pretty fast.
They already have the roof on and interior walls are going up.
The structure itself must have been pretty sound to start.
Every new picture I see of this place just gets me more and more excited! The difference between when they first started here - no roof, trees growing through the floor, and cars hidden throughout - and now is just amazing. I can't wait to see this place, and that gorgeous neon sign, come back to life!
They should have just called it Sunshine Brewing Co. and used the sun logo and sunshine wordmark as it appears on the existing sign as their branding. THAT would have been really neat. Stonecloud sounds cool, but that's where it ends, right? Any backstory/inspiration with that name?
I believe Joel had already being brewing under the Stonecloud name before the Sunshine Cleaners deal came along.
And as with most brewers, it takes a while to establish name and reputation.
What they could do instead is work toward a future beer which becomes their flagship beer and name it Sunshine and use the extant iconography. Or simply start a second label under the brand. But no reason to get rid of Stonecloud if it's already proven to be successful.
Forgot to say anything but was in the general area a couple of weeks ago and they had several people still working after 8:00 pm.
Wow, that picture looks great. Do they have a stated projected opening date? Sorry, searched the thread, couldn't find anything recent.
^^^^
man, that is gorgeous! props to everyone involved.
Looks absolutely fantastic!
They were laying sod around the building when I drove by at lunch.
There is a little event tonight at 5PM where the sign is official christened.
