I know it's still owned by a church...

That whole area has such great potential. The Hill is just on the other side of I-235 so the neighborhood is within walking distance of Deep Deuce, Bricktown and the CBD on one side and the Health Sciences Center and research park to the north.

It's just a matter of time before it is redeveloped.

Posted a pic of that a week or two ago. Fascinated by that area. I don't know any specifics of that building, but have driven out of my way to check it out many times. I love it. I wouldn't at all be surprised if it is a territorial building.

I was in a hurry to take some photos of the building next to the Jewel Theatre that's starting to be torn down and wound up on a dead end street next to this...
