    Feels like the second building went up at light speed compared to the first. Though maybe this is speaking too soon since it isn't finished out yet.

    There is a small apartment complex directly across from this -- on the west side of Penn -- that is shuttered pending a big renovation.

    All the small apartment buildings in this area seem to stay full.

    Looks like the 2nd building is now complete.

    The incredibly long saga of this property has finally ended.
