Thread: Loper Townhomes

  1. #1

    Plaza District Loper Townhomes

5 townhomes proposed for the NW corner of NW 21st and Blackwelder.

Currently, the lots are occupied by a few small homes.

Not sure why there is the gap at the corner.

These look nice but a little surprised as the homes that are currently there appear to be in fairly good shape.

This project has started. They seem to be moving pretty fast as the house that was on this lot was only razed about a month ago. It looks like the gap in the plans are to keep the same setback with the houses along 21st.

Not sure what happened with this project, but only two people have been working on it for the past few weeks. Not really a fan of this development, maybe I am just old fashioned, but this doesn’t seem to fit the neighborhood at all. Especially in this location.

This one has been moving at a snail's pace but it looks like they are in the final push to wrap this up.

    These actually seem reasonably priced!

Nice infill on the corner. I love the big windows in living room. The price seems appropriate and maybe a little high imho when looking at the photos closely. The shower looks like it is a premolded floor pan and glass surround kit from home depot and the kitchens are fairly small. I does have granite countertops which is nice but not super expensive if you don't have a lot of counterspace. They chose not to build in an island which would have provided some counter work space (It appears the little island is staging furniture) I can not tell what the floors are so not sure if wood product, tile product or LVT which is vinyl.

Surprised the laundry is on the first floor. Most of the laundry will be on the third floor where your bedrooms and bathrooms are at. Will get old real quick running laundry up and down the stairs.
