Thread: Hudson Avenue Apartments

    Midtown Hudson Avenue Apartments

These will be the two buildings to the east of the under-construction Phillips Murrah building in Midtown. The project is by the Midtown Renaissance group. The rendering is looking southwest from NW 10th & Hudson.

The entire block to the south will also be developed into multi-level apartments by Richard McKown.

Thank goodness! Midtown already seems saturated with Fitzsimmons designs. Unlike McKown and Pivot, MR exclusively employs a single architect. I'm not entirely convinced that this is the best approach, considering MR's significant land ownership in Midtown. Even the most exceptional architects can fall into repetition.

Totally agree. It’s past time for different designs.

The urban canyon on 10th will be impressive. The more balconies in OKC the better

Balconies! I really hope we see these going up soon.
