In the photo on 9-7-23, with the lights in a sequence in the sky, is that a group of StarLink satellites ?

My wife saw them go over sometime last week.

Took this tonight. Downtown was hopping with PBR at Paycom Center, Busker Street Fair at Myriad Gardens, and the Night Market at Scissortail!

My wife saw them go over sometime last week.

That was a reflection from the bottom lights.
That tends to happen on phone cameras a lot, especially iPhones.

Also, the lights look beautiful tonight with constant animation!
However, a few letters were off on the south side of the tower and the letters were completely off on the north side. Other than that, the LEDs stand out really well.

It really does need some updates on the exterior of the tower. Maybe new, modern glass installation? Or perhaps, being wishful, a total refacade of the entire building to bring it into the 21st century. This tower is still going to be the tallest for-lease office building in Oklahoma City and it needs to mirror that. It's not ugly, but it's not beautiful by any means either.

I forgot I had even written this, surprised to see myself quoted. I agree, I think this update is a home-run and I love seeing this tower brought back to a pristine state.

I was back in town for the OU game last weekend and met up with some friends at Social Capital Friday evening. We sat on the upstairs patio and wow the view was amazing. I kept watching the lighting on the BancFirst crown. It is really well done and of course you add it to First National, Devon, Paycom, Omni, Convention Center, and Skydance Bridge... it's one heck of a beautiful panorama.

They've also been trying to do this sparkly animation with white lights but it hasn't really been working.

I'm sure they are still testing and working out the bugs.

It would be nice if City Place would now consider doing a lighting upgrade also. Their lighting is fairly basic.
