    I love Claycos designs.

This is the Clayco proposal; they would build on the Stage Center site regardless of who is awarded the south parcel:

Pete, get a Facebook post up so I can share it

This is too good to be true. I'm baffled right now...

    I've got the full applications.

Give me a few minutes to get some images up.

Pete, with todays modern floorplates and construction, how tall would you guess these 4 towers to be?

It looks like the old Oklahoman building on Broadway Extension which I never liked the looks of. Hopefully this is just preliminary and the final product will be much more attractive.
The renderings show that Milhaus's proposal overlaps with the southern part of Clayco's proposal.

Correct. It will be Clayco or Milhaus for the block south of California, not both.

I'm going to digest this for a bit before I make a full commentary. At first blush I'm really pleased with what I see from Clayco. Milhaus, not so much.

You are correct. I was not looking at the renderings correctly. I was thinking the Clayco design was for the entire SC site and the Milhaus was for the block south of Stage Center. My mistake.

To correct what I posted earlier, this siteplan shows the two buildings facing the park will be office:

Based on 15'-18' floor-to-floor heights, roughly 400'-475'. With the extra toppings, they might could reach 500'.

Shooting from the hip, of course.

Very cool. Do you think Clayco is involved with the Preftakes block as well? Or are they just putting some massing in there because they know someone is working on something?

Well this was worth the wait.

Pete, the image on the right in the post above makes me think of the old SNES video game Sim City.

Pretty much everything I was hoping for once we found out about Clayco's involvement and I glanced through their online portfolio.

  24. Default Re: South of Stage Center

In all the renderings above it looks like there are only three towers. Is that just the angle or am I missing something?
