    I feel bad for the people living right there on the edge of this place. The increased traffic flow and cars parking daily in front of my house would drive nuts.

    My wife and I were completely bummed when the Stage Center closed and then demo'd. The plans for what was to replace softened the loss, but when it fell through, we knew the rug of lies was pulled....

    Yes - Williams Sonoma left after that sewer backed up. They left mid lease and could not open another location until the lease ran out. I can only imagine how bad that store smells now since the wood...

    They are- just asked the owners.

    This location made money but some other issues arose and they made the smart decision to shut it down.

    AMC at Quail has closed off the back part of the theater from the midline up. I think it affects 6-9 theater rooms.

    And all have same issues with stores opening/closing, mom and pops, dead anchors, etc.

    Woodland Hills, which I have worked at as well, has never really had any mall competition in almost 20 years...
