First time I’ve ever seen the Mesonet declare a statewide Level 1 on the Defconmeter.

As I recall, there were 3 or 4 major (6-inch plus) snowstorms spaced 4-5 days apart, with intense cold between them. And yes, we had snow on the ground for weeks afterward.

Winter storm warnings now up for W and NW OK, just outside the OKC/405 area.

Gotta have the money first.
