Before that game, I considered Boise State and Oklahoma State to be somewhat equal. After seeing that Oklahoma State didn't take care of Texas as well as OU did, I'm going to go with Boise State.

Oh wow...wasn't aware of the "no more Texas teams" arrangement. I figured BYU would be higher on that list .

Houston would definitely benefit as far as exposure and recruiting are concerned...not sure what it would mean for strength of schedule though

A Fiesta Mart would definitely do well in that area. Being from Houston, that was never my number one choice as a place to shop, but they have reasonable prices and a great selection.
