Your population figures are still too low based on the government census figures. Frisco was announced in 2004 and Grand Prairie in 2016, DFW already had 5.2 mil in 2000 and 6.4 mil in 2010. Your...
Where did you get your numbers from, Macrotend? The DFW-Arlington metro had these population figures per the official Decennial census: 2000 5.2 mil ; 2010 6.4 mil and 2020 7.7 mil. IKEA Frisco...
I saw a leasing map of the Galleria Dallas showing Uniqlo set to occupy two levels of that mall. Maybe that will the next Uniqlo announcement ssoon?
My wish list: Uniqlo to open in OKC. It's a casual wear store like H&M but from Japan. They have stores in the coasts and Chicago and now they're opening one in Arlington and rumor has it- in Dallas...
H Mart is opening 2 new stores in DFW which will bring their total to 5 ( so 7 TLJs- 5 in H marts and 2 stand alones) and Google Map shows 12 Daisos and 2 more opening in DFW?
Fort Worth and Grand Prairie under construction, opening in Spring 2024. Hoping OKC isn't too far behind!
In the meantime, north of here in DFW, H-Mart announced two more stores opening: one in Old Koreatown in Dallas and one in Haltom City north of Fort Worth which will mean 5 stores total. I don't know...
Did you mean 99 Ranch Market?
maybe this will come to Tulsa or OKC?

If you’re fine with just one Level 1 trauma in Oklahoma then that’s your opinion. Mine says if another hospital can rise up to Level 1 than that’s even better
I said yes because IMO it's better for Oklahoma to have two Level 1 centers vs just one. More choice and another place to send patients too. And nowhere in my previous post did I even mention OU or...
I'd say yes, or maybe Tulsa needs one to so OK will have two. With one Level 1 Trauma Center, that's 1 for every 1.4 million. Compare that to DFW with 8 trauma centers, that's 1 : 0.99 million.
Nando's Peri-Peri is opening in Addison,TX
This is great news. I would put Tiger Sugar in my top 3 with Feng Cha and 7 Leaves, both are not in OKC yet. Hope they open soon too. I've also seen these chains: Kung Fu Tea, Ding Tea, Moge Tee, Fat...

I remember a few cities that were slated to get IKEAs but their "model" changed and cancelled the plans-- like you said Nashville. Also Carey NC and Fort Worth, TX ( DFW's 3rd IKEA if it actually...
Perusing the available data, the three closest metro areas from OKC (except Tulsa) 2020 numbers:
Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington - 7,637,387 (+1,270,845) 19.96%
Little Rock-North Little Rock-Conway-...
those are nice looking vehicles
Per 2010 census, Greater Houston had 48,000 Filipinos and DFW in 2012 had 40,000. Of course these numbers were from 8-10 years ago. Greater Houston probably has 60,000+ now?
