    I-240 and Eastern (Westbound)

Granted, most of us Southsiders have all the signs memorized, any idea on when they are going to replace the overhead and exit signs for Eastern? They did replace signs from Sunnylane all the way to...

Re: Luxury Car Dealers in OKC

Had to replace the front suspension on my old 330i right at 40k. I should have sent the bill to the city...lol

Re: Luxury Car Dealers in OKC

Not to stray too much off topic, but I would be afraid to drive a nice, high-end car like a Ferrar here in the metro. For one, the roads would tear that thing up, especially here on the southside.

    Re: SW 59th & Bryant

I grew up in the Oakcliff addition (right in front of Bodine elementary). Lived there up until 1992. That neighborhood (and I'm sure Hartsdel) used to be nice, until a lot of the section 8 people...

    Re: Moore Poblano Grill

Poblano's food seemed pretty heavy on the stomach. That, and you seem to sweat big time for the next 8 hours digesting their food. I think Poblano's (I-35 Service Road) gave in to Alfredo's Mexican...

Re: Sooner Rd. Poor City Planning

Yeah, I noticed that the other day. What a waste of money. I do agree that the south side of the city is the worst, especially Bryant Ave between SE 89th and SE 104th. I also notice they did a...

Re: I Have Seen the Future of Crossroads Mall

Yeah, I always wondered why they took out the fountain in the first place. Cost of maintenance? It would be nice to see Dillard's come back, as well as Foley's. They would be able to give JCP and...

Re: Shopping Center at Shields & I-240

Yeah, I remember Venture's. They also had that little Levi's Jeans place too on the corner of that building. Lots of memories playing Double Dragon inside the Super Saver Cinema.

Re: T.G.&Y. Stores:Gone but not forgotten

Wow, lots of memories posted. My only memory of TG&Y was the store located at SE 44th and Bryant Ave (SE OKC). I remember mom and dad would hit that place up (as well as Otasco, which was located...

    Re: Penn Square Mall

Geez...what a tough crowd. :ohno: Maybe I was raised differently from the rest of you, in that I acted in a mature manner while out in public. If I acted up, I had another thing coming. I know...

    Re: Penn Square Mall

Fcuk it! I say Penn Square Mall should implement their version of the Mutawas (Morality) Police and correct people on the spot or else issue a citation or escort them off the mall premises.

I know teenagers will be teenagers. Been there, done that, and got a big a$$ whoopin' for that too. As mentioned before....maybe it's the sign of the times, I guess.
