I'm 100% into brisket. Butcher's is great. Texlahoma can be greasy. I may be in the minority, but Klemm's brisket is always good. It's very consistent.

This also coincides with Dolese closing their Downtown Edmond operations in the fall. Once demo is complete, the 3 (+/-) acres opened up will likely have a transformational effect there, too.

It's a great facility for Edmond. We went to the VIP night and were really impressed. No longer having to drive out of town for a decent movie experience will make a lot of people happy.
